QuickLok locking system
QuickLok
Comprised of a glass nylon stud, factory fitted to the grate, which allows a snap fit into a stainless steel spring clip in the locking bar. With no loose bolts or bars, QuickLok provides highly secure boltless locking, that is easy to remove/replace for maintenance and cleaning. Saves time and money during installation.
Locate locking bar in recesses, rotate and use hammer to tap securely into place. Serrated ends grip in recess.
K200/K300 channels use plastic safety clip to hold in place.
To install grate, align QuickLok stud directly over locking bar.
Push down or stand on grate until it clicks into position.
To remove first grate, insert grate removal tool into slots at end of grate, pull up sharply. Rest of grates can be removed by hand.
To remove bar, insert screwdriver into hole at end of bar and lever back serrated end, rotate bar free.
Type Mesh - A very high liquid intake grate with a mesh hole pattern. Manufactured in galvanized steel
Type deco - A decorative iron grate designed around an irregular art deco style square hole pattern.
Type iron longitudinal- An ADA compliant grate with longitudinal slots- same direction as trench. Manufactured from ductile iron with a black coating.
Type mosaic - A decorative ductile iron grate designed with a Gothic look to the hole pattern
Type iron slotted -A ductile iron grate with perpendicular slots to the trench body. Finished with a black coating.
Type wave- A decorative iron grate designed to give a wave like flow to the slots along the trench drain.
Type longitudinal stainless - An ADA compliant grate made from stainless steel triangular bar complete with raised out, slip surface - the longitudinal slots are in the direction as the trench
A very high liquid intake grate with a mesh hole pattern. Manufactured in stainless steel
Type perforated - A grate with circular holes for water intake at regular interval. Available in galvanized steel or stainless steel.
